About Me (Curriculum Vitae)

I am now an Associate Professor (Special Appointment) at the Large Language Model Research Center, Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT).

I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the School of Computing and Data Science at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) in Sep. 2026, supervised by Prof. Ruibang Luo. Prior to that, I received my M.Eng. degree in Computer Technology at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), also with the affiliation of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIAT, CAS), supervised by Prof. Min Yang.

I was fortunate to have research internships at Representation Learning Lab, Westlake University under the supervision of Prof. Fajie Yuan, and at WXG, Tencent through the 2021 Tencent Rhino-Bird Research Elite Training Program.

My research interests lie in AI for Science, Natural Language Processing, etc. Going forward, I aim to integrate foundation models and multi-agent systems to advance intelligent genomic analysis, virtual cell modeling, and interpretable AI for Life Science, ultimately developing an integrated AI-driven framework for biological discovery and precision medicine.
